the location is great. it's close to central park and the subway station. the staff helped me a lot. i extended my stay easily for two days when i felt sick and could not travel.
the continental breakfast included just one plain croissant and regular coffee. any other coffee costs extra.

i found its proximity to the subway stations very advantageous. the bar and lobby design was rather trendy. i was in a penthouse with great hudson river views from the balcony. the staff are always hospitable and go out of their way to make sure everyone feels at home.
